MCG Website Contact Us Page

I partnered with MCG's Salesforce Administrator and a Drupal Developer to create two new Contact Us forms on the MCG website. The Contact Sales form was built to automatically generate leads in Salesforce. The Contact Support form was built to create cases, each assigned to a specific department representative responsible for responding to the case. I created web page mock-ups in Photoshop, which I provided to the developer, and I gave guidance on building the integrations. I also maintaned a project schedule, conducted testing, and managed the project through to successful launch.
